I release all of the ways I distract myself from who I am.
I release my tendency to offer my soul to people places and circumstances that cannot value , understand , nurture or respect it.
I understand that it is my job to value ,respect ,nurture ,and understand my own tender soul.
I embrace love and offer myself in service to my God , family and community – I release fear and temptation to play small.
I allow Gods bright light to shine through me – I allow my life to vibrate peace.
One day at a time.
