Waves of heat, roll through my body, softly, sweetly like tropical waves.
I stop, smile, and pay attention,
Gratefully participating, in this phase of my womanhood journey. as
each wave provides a mini meditation, on my life, my loves
and my beautiful babies,
and my babies’ babies.
Wish I had had more… babies.
I love being warmed by the heat in the heart of my soul….
